The short version

What counts as a reel?
A reel is one video produced from your script and queued for review. Regenerating or rejecting the same one does not count; only a new reel does.
What are avatar credits?
Seconds of AI talking-head presenter, lip-synced to your script. 1 credit = 1 second, up to 15 seconds a reel. Starter and Pro include a monthly allowance; top up any plan for 19 dollars per 150 credits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your workspace billing page. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
What happens if I hit my limit?
Your reels resume next month automatically. Need more now? Upgrade in one click, right where you hit the limit.
